Visits to the cellars with explanations about the Domaine, the vineyards, the grape variety, wine making, the terroir completed by a visit of the mediaeval village of Clairvaux and tasting for groups, reservation required.
Winemakers for several generations, the Laurens hard work to extract the quintessence of their soil. Vines of a unique grape variety, the fer-servadou, that do justice to the already prestigious Marcillac appellation. Honest wines with their own personality and that the wine makers allow to express themselves with each vintage. The robe is a sustained red, like the earth and the stone of this area toned by the iron oxide. Easy to drink, they have sufficient vigor and corpulence to support the association with beef, lamb, hare or wild duck. Attached to its soil and traditions, the Domaine Laurens also offers a range of aperitifs: rosé and red Ratafia or the "gentiane" which is a real pleasure.
